Foodie Friday: Asian Pork Chops

These were delicious, tender, easy. I can't wait to eat the leftovers. (And I can't wait to try them on the charcoal grill once grilling weather returns.)

-soy sauce
-olive oil
-lemon juice
-pork chops

Mix all ingredients except pork chops in bowl. (I didn't bother measuring, so I don't think that you should either.) Place pork chops in large zip top bag and pore over marinade. Grill on both sides for about 5 minutes or until the chops are done.
