Tutorial Tuesday: Hip Mama Diaper Bag Pt. 2

Diaper Bag Outside
Four months ago I posted pictures of the Hip Mama Diaper Bag that I had made for myself following this tutorial. When my sister-in-law saw it, she said that it was just what she was looking for in a diaper bag. This, my friends, was music to my ears. Now I would get to make the diaper bag again AND I now knew what I would give my sister-in-law as a baby gift. Perfect. After discussing fabric selections, I ordered some light-weight upholstery fabric from Fabric.com and got to work. (I also ordered coordinating cotton and flannel for a few accessories.) I was so happy with the final results, and I think my sister-in-law was as well.

This is amazing! I need a new bag and have been scouring blog land for ideas. I'm so glad I found yours. I need a book bag more than a diaper bag, but with a few simple tweaks I think this will work so well! Thanks for sharing!
