Weekend In the Rearview

Wow! It is amazing what an unscheduled weekend with an extra day can feel like. We all had a great last few days here at Bowl of Cherrys.

*I spent some time playing around with my set-up for a craft show this weekend. I still need to do some playing around, but at least I have a basic idea.
*Mr. Cherry tuned up our bikes this weekend. It was much needed as they have been hanging from the garage rafters for 2 solid years without use. We are hoping to make good use of them again this summer.

*While Mr. Cherry and the girls spent some time outside, I spent sometime in my sewing area. I am trying to build up a good inventory for this weekend's sale. There is still more work that I hope to get done this week, but I got a lot done.

*Mr. Cherry and I got a babysitter and went on a date!! This is big news for us. Usually the hassle of finding a sitter and making arrangements just keeps us at home with the girls. While we didn't do anything earth shattering, it was wonderful. We will have to try to do this more this summer.

*This little munchkin worked on projects of her own and loved extra daddy time. She was telling me something about having so many projects to get done and how she had to get to work on them. Hmm, she must hear that once in a while around here.

*Mr. Cherry grilled burgers for us last night. Mmmmm. I could eat grilled burgers all summer long. We also had our first corn on the cob of the season. Cream really, really liked her first corn on the cob!!
