Ingredients:
-1 c popcorn unpopped
-2 c brown sugar
-1 c butter
-1/2 c corn syrup
-1 t salt
-1 t vanilla
-1 t baking soda
-16 oz. Chex Corn Cereal
-2 c candy corn
-2 c roasted peanuts
Directions:
1. Pop popcorn in air popper.
2. Put brown sugar, butter, corn syrup, salt, and vanilla in a large microwave safe bowl and microwave for 3 minutes. Stir and microwave for an additional 1 1/2 minutes.
3. Stir in the baking soda.
4. Divide popcorn between two paper grocery bags. Divide remaining ingredients between the bags. Pour half of the caramel mixture into one bag. Fold the top of the bag down several times and shake. Microwave bag for 1 min. and 10 sec. Shake bag and microwave for an additional 1 min. and 10 sec.
5. Once you have shaken the bag again, pour contents out onto wax paper and allow to cool. Repeat with remaining bag.
Enjoy! (If this seems like way too much goodness in a single snack, you may want to try my classic microwave caramel corn recipe.)

This sounds so delicious, Kristi. I love fall treats.
I Love Chex Mixes, and the fall colors of this are just adorable! I need to run to the store for the Chex, but this is definitely in my plans for the day! Thanks for Sharing!
Thanks for linking up to Foodie Friday! I'll have to try this one. I love candy corn, but would have never thought to use it in a snack mix. I just made some caramel corn this past week. I could use what we haven't eaten in this recipe. yum!
